Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind purchases.

12-Month Warranty for Faulty Products

All items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults or defects.
If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing issue, please be in touch to discuss repair or replacement options.

If the item cannot be repaired or replaced a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

- Damage including broken and cracked gemstones caused by misuse, improper wear, or accidental breakage
- Normal wear and tear
- Tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals or incorrect care
- Lost or stolen items

To help maintain the longevity of your jewellery please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase.
